Presents the following antique musical jewelry box
Featuring a Reuge 22 note musical movement
that plays 2 songs
They are familiar sounding but
unfortunately I cannot name them.
This wonderful music box will take you
back in time. Although the songs sound familiar to me I am unable to name them.
This box measures 10.25 x 6.75 x 3.75 inches. The interior jewelry compartment
is lined with a yellow silk like material. There is a Mirror on the inside of
the lid that has some dark and worn spot and features etching/painting around
the border. The handle on the front is a plastic like material – possibly
catalin or bakelite.

International buyers must check for shipping availability and rates prior to bidding. Buyer pays S/H/I and cost of packing material if needed to ship item safely. All music boxes and any other fragile items are mailed by USPS priority mail to reduce the chance of damage. There is a minimum $3.00 handling fee on all packages. Some very fragile items will be more. Shipping and handling on multiple purchases can be combined. Payments must be received within 10 days from purchase. All the vintage items sold by Music Box Maker are previously owned and are to be considered used unless otherwise stated in the description. Many of the items I sell may be still in the box and look new, but they have all been purchased by me from auctions, estate sales. The music boxes I sell will have complete descriptions and pictures and are guaranteed to be in good working condition. Some have been serviced and/or repaired, others might be modified, or customized. For example I may have a vintage wooden box in which I have placed a brand new Reuge movement. When a box has been modified in a significant manner, as described, it will be stamped and numbered by Music Box Maker as a Custom Vintage Music Box. Another option is to order a new custom made box with a new Reuge musical movement.
Insurance is extra and required on any item that sells for more than $50 to protect your investment and my reputation. On items under $50 insurance is extra and at the sole discretion of the buyer. We do not make refunds for broken or lost items, so please spend the extra money for insurance if you value the item you are buying. It's not that much extra and well worth it. We cannot be responsible for uninsured items.
