This is a Music Box Maker Vintage custom musical box. This is a vintage 1930/40s hand made wooden box with inlay design with the original lock and key. I reglued some of the joints, refinished the wood, installed some feet and  installed a vintage Thorens 2 song 52 note musical movement with a plexiglass cover.  There is a sliding on/off knob with rhinestone decoration on  the front of the box.   There are some signs of previous use and some small splits on the side inlay band veneer.    I serviced the movement and replaced some dampers. It is in perfect working condition.  If your speakers are on you should be able to hear a recording of it playing. Measurements in inches: Height  = 2.625, Length = 7, Width = 5.
